Deep-Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 lb (450g) peeled shrimp
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
Optional: Salad dressing, lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and flour. Toss the shrimp in this mixture to coat evenly.

2. Dredge each shrimp: First, dip in the flour mixture. Then, coat with the beaten eggs. Finally, press into the breadcrumbs to fully cover.
3. Repeat until all shrimp are breaded.

4. Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 230°C (450°F). Cook shrimp for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

5. Serve with salad dressing and lemon wedges (optional).
