Strawberry Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
158g fresh strawberry puree
163g whole milk
163g heavy cream
66g granulated sugar
3ml vanilla extract
0.5g salt
1 drop red food coloring (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry puree, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and food coloring (if using).

2. Pour the strawberry mixture into the frozen bowl of your ice cream maker.

3. And freeze for 24 hours.

4. Once fully chilled, select the “ICE CREAM” program to churn the ice cream until thick and creamy.

5. End program! The texture is very silky smooth, freeze 3-4h more for better texture & taste!
